Staff Therapist-Anderson, IN

This part-time Staff Therapist position will provide outpatient individual, family and group therapy services to children, families and adults in our Elwood outpatient location. Duties include: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual and group therapy/counseling services, case management, skill building and home  and community services, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience Requirements:
• Master's degree Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
• License Eligible or Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the State of Indiana
• Two (2) years' experience in a related field
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Good communicator with strong written and oral skills
• Good presentation skills
• Must be flexible and cooperative
• Must be able to learn quickly and grasp new procedures and concepts
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to work and effectively deal with multiple types of personalities in a variety of situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be results driven
• Professional presentation
• Must be self-motivated and research oriented
• Must possess and demonstrate good problem solving skills
• Must support diversity


Desirable Qualifications: • Previous work experience with this population preferred
