Position Summary

The Recruitment and Training Specialist will fulfill various tasks within the full life-cycle recruitment and hiring process to meet hiring deadlines.  This position will proactively complete initial screening of job candidates to fill job requisitions, conduct phone interviews, and refer qualified applicants to fill job requisitions at Aspire Indiana.  This position will also assist with and/or provide clinical orientation training, as needed in conjunction with the Director, Training & Staff Development and Clinical Training Specialist.  The Recruitment and Training Specialist will provide support and assistance to other HR positions and perform other HR functions and projects, as assigned.

Candidates for this position will possess exceptional customer service, strong communication and organization skills and experience or interest in recruiting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required

Experience

  • Three (3) to five (5) years' human resources related professional experience required; hiring, recruiting, training and/or HR experience preferred
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially with HRMS/ATS systems
  • Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of the behavioral health field, with appropriate clinical experience in the field to be able to provide and/or assist with clinical training, as needed
