Position Summary

The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration and daily activities of the multiple benefit plans/programs, workers' compensation and leave of absence programs.  This position is also responsible for OSHA reporting, ADA compliance, ACA compliance, and will perform other Human Resources assignments, as needed. 

Education

  • A bachelor's degree and five years relevant experience required. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience

  • Must have a solid understanding of benefits administration
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially with HRIS systems
  • Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred; solid understanding of the behavioral health field, a plus

Other

  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple works sites, conduct off-site business activities and/or attend trainings and/or meetings
