This full-time Intake Clinician position will conduct the initial comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations for a wide array of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, substance, etc. who present with mental, behavioral and/or addiction problems at our Carmel Outpatient Office located in Carmel, IN. The Intake Clinician will also assist with crisis intervention, case management and group, family and individual therapy coverage, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience Requirements:
• Master's degree Social Work or a Doctoral degree in Psychology from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
• Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or as a Licensed Psychologist with HSPP endorsement by the State of Indiana
• Two (2) years experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations
• Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Must have substance use evaluation experience
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Good communicator with strong written and oral skills
• Good presentation skills
• Must be flexible and cooperative
• Must be able to learn quickly and grasp new procedures and concepts
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to work and effectively deal with multiple types of personalities in a variety of situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be results driven
• Professional presentation
• Must be self-motivated and research oriented
• Must possess and demonstrate good problem solving skills
• Must support diversity

Desirable Qualifications:
• Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) by the State of Indiana a plus
