Behavioral Healthcare Consultant - LCSW

Position Summary

The Behavioral Healthcare Consultant will be responsible for improving the overall health and wellness of individuals in the primary care setting through the assessment and treatment of behaviorals that prevent attainment of identified healthcare goals.

Critical Functional Skills & Knowledge

Education
  • Masters degree in Social Work from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education and the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) required

Licensure

  • Must be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the State of Indiana

Experience

  • Three (3) years clinical experience required
  • Experience in an integrated care setting preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with providing brief evidence based practices required

Background Checks
