The Building Services Administrator is the key contact person for administrative, residential, clinical, and support staff for the purchase of supplies, materials and household goods. This position also serves a critical role in the coordination of office environment maintenance, updates and new construction, participating in design, layout and implementation. Critical Functional Skills & Knowledge
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Experience in procurement and/or assisting facilities management highly preferred; other related experience may be considered
- Arranging/coordinating an office environment, a plus
- Accounting experience a plus
- Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
