If so, we may have the perfect role for you as a Care Coordinator/Life Skills Instructor on our Home & Community Based Services Team located in Anderson, IN.

This position will utilize a strengths-based, recovery-focused approach in a professional manner to teach adults, living with serious mental illness, the skills they need in order to reach their individual recovery goals and to connect to their community.
CRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field from an accredited university
Two (2) years directly related experience in past professional and/or nonprofessional roles required
Employment is contingent on background checks as required by Aspires policies which may include: Drug Test, Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Employment Verification, Education Verification, and Professional References
