SSVF Program Housing, Resource and Outreach Specialist

This position will have responsibilities key to the success of the InteCare SSVF Program to ensure that Veterans and their families obtain and maintain permanent housing, as well as needed coordination and linkage to supportive services. This position is vital to the successful engagement of all Veterans and their families "where they are" and assists with guiding and supporting them through the process.



  • High school diploma or equivalent rquired


  • Must be a Veteran with anything other than dishonorable discharge
  • Must have had crisis intervention training or must complete it within the first quarter of hire date
  • Completion of State or VA Peer Mentor Certification Prgram preferred

Background Checks
