Community Training Liaison

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will strengthen Aspire's connection to its community partners by providing them practical, relevant, evidence-based education and training about mental health.  The Community Training Liaison will build upon existing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as build and grow awareness and knowledge in the community regarding the value and availability of mental health services.

CRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields highly preferred - Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Education from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Education/formal training in other directly related human service fields considered in lieu of degree

Experience:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of directly related equivalent experience/competencies in past professional roles highly preferred
  • Prior experience with individuals who have mental health concerns is highly desired
