The Supervisor, Medical Records will oversee the implementation and maintenance of all aspects of Medical Records to include privacy matters, and assistance in development and recording of related policies and procedures.  This position provides leadership, direction and administrative oversight to the Medical Records staff in advancing and supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.



  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited (NCACS) Health Information Management or Administration program preferred
  • RHIA or RHIT certification preferred
  • Willingness to work toward these certifications if not currently obtained


  • 5 years of directly related experience required
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
  • Knowledge of medical records standards, federal, state, local rules and regulations relative to maintenance and retention of medical records and quality improvement efforts highly preferred
