The Human Resource Generalist is a high-impact, internal customer service focused position that plays a key role in regards to inclusion programs, support of overall human resources policies and procedures, and compliance within the organization. This individual will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and security of all personnel files; and will be cross trained throughout the department to assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training duties. This position will also provide support and assistance to other HR functions and projects, as well as provide support to other administrative offices within the Noblesville Administration Office, as assigned.
A bachelors degree in a related field highly preferred
Any additional human resources training or certifications considered
- Three to five years human resources experience required
- Demonstrated general HR experience across a variety of functions highly preferred
- Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially with HRIS systems
- Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred
- Solid understanding of the behavioral health field, a plus
