Human Resources Compliance Specialist

Position Summary

The HR Compliance Specialist, focusing on recruitment, divesity programs, hiring and orientation backup, will track, audit and ensure staff compliance to mandatory application requirements, cross train and assist with employment and training duties, and will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and security of all personnel files. This position will also provide support and assistance to other HR functions and projects, as well as provide support to other administrative offices within the Noblesville Administration Office, as assigned.  

Education

  • A bachelors degree and three to five years human resource experience or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience

Experience

  • Recruitment and hiring experience highly preferred
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially with HRIS systems
  • Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred; sold understanding of the behavioral health field, a plus
