Licensed Staff Therapist - Indianapolis, IN

Are you motivated to serve people in danger of falling through the safety net? Aspire Indiana has an opportunity for behavioral health workers in an outpatient setting.
Aspire Indiana, a fully integrated nonprofit healthcare provider, is currently seeking a Licensed Staff Therapist to serve in our Indianapolis Outpatient Office. Join the Aspire team of dedicated healthcare professionals and be part of a dynamic company providing the best integrated care in central Indiana. 
This full-time position will provide outpatient assessments, individual and group therapy services to adults struggling with dual diagnosis, substance use disorders, mental health disorders and other behavioral health needs. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, intakes,  treatment plans, crisis intervention, and individual and group therapy/counseling services.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required


  • Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist by the State of Indiana


  • Two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations
