To provide collaborative planning and procurement of treatment and support services for children/families accepted into Wraparound programs, and management of allocated resources for these clients. Duties include, but are not limited to: assessment of youth/family needs, managing crisis situations, referring/linking youths and their families to services or community opportunities, building and developing child and family teams, facilitating child and family team meetings, advocating for youths and their families through community agencies, schools, court systems, collaborating with youths and their families to develop, support and monitor progress of treatment plans and interventions, maintaining accurate documentation
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience working with children who have mental illness
- Knowledge of social service systems, school systems, special education, child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems highly preferred
- Employment is contingent on background checks as required by Aspire's policies which may include: Drug Test, Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Employment Verification, Education Verification, and/or Professional References
