Position Summary

This full-time position is responsible for facilitating information related to scheduling of medical and behavioral health services within Aspire.  Duties include but are not limited to coordinating the services between the referral source, the  individual, Aspire services and providers/prescribers, schedule, cancel and/or reschedule appointments for individuals in a timely manner verifying insurance information, processing payments while providing excellent customer service.  


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates degree in human services or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred


  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare, required, medical office experience preferred
  • Basic medical terminology required
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience helpful


  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff and the clients
  • Ability to work in a busy medical call center environment
