State Hospital Liaison

Position Summary

This position will assess and monitor the placement of clients in and out of state hospital beds, attend staffings, and function as the legislated "gatekeeper" to the state hospital system.  This position will also assist in evaluation and recommendations throughout Aspire's continuum of care.

 Education 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required

Experience

  • Two (2) years directly related experience in past professional and/or nonprofessional roles highly preferred

Background Checks

  • Employment is contingent on background checks as required by Aspire's policies which may include: Drug Test, Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Employment Verification, Education Verification, and/or Professional References
  • Two (2) years directly related experience in past professional and/or nonprofessional roles highly preferred
