Supervisor, Accounts Receivable

POSITION SUMMARY

The Supervisor, Accounts Receivable will provide administrative, technical and clerical support for Aspire Indiana's billing and collection systems, work on special projects, serve as a management resource to the Accounts Receivable department, internal and external customers, and perform primary daily and weekly charge bundling and billing.


CRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

 Experience:

  • Three (3) years related experience with at least two (2) years of mental health billing required
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to work in Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) required
  • Advanced knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Contracts highly preferred
