Position Summary 

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the administration of Aspire's electronic time/attendance and payroll systems. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, related employee and vendor relations, as well as all associated recordkeeping and reporting. This position performs other Human Resource assignments, cross-trains to serve as back-up to the Benefits Administrator, and provides support to other Human Resources team members.

Education 

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution highly preferred
  • Any additional human resources training or certifications considered

Experience

  • Kronos experience helpful
  • Three (3) - Five (5) years full-cycle, in-house payroll processing experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Suite
  • Timekeeping and HRIS Systems

Background Checks
